Bioderma’s Atoderm shower oil cleanser
Have you tried cleansing oils? They’re a gentle and more hydrating alternative to shower gels and this one is ultra light and foamy and great after a wild swim. It’s so hydrating it’s single handedly kept my scaly legs at bay. Yes, no need to moisturise afterwards. I like to think I am saving myself lots of time (and effort) or maybe I am just being lazy? Either way it works. It’s also great as a cleanser and a little on wet hair after washing is another win for dry ends.

L'Oréal Professionnel Steampod V3
Why on earth would you need another hair styling gadget? Well, this one is great for more mature hair that requires a little more management and moisture. This little beauty delivers slick, effortless styles and causes less heat damage than the non steam options. As the name suggests, it uses steam to deliver your preferred style - poker straight or use the rotating cord to get glossy waves. Dr. Harris Anti-Wrinkle Sleep Mask
I love a multitasking product and this sleep mask from Dr Harris, one of London’s leading nonsurgical aesthetic doctors, is one that ticks several boxes in one go. It smoothes my forehead whilst relaxing my mind.
The mask looks like a normal silk sleep mask, with the addition of these raised silicon dots that are positioned to stimulate the nerve endings around the eyes. You might know my preference for natural and chemical free products by now and you haven't heard of this brand yet - listen up - you only need to wash your hair once a week! Berkey water filters are so good they’re actually classed as water purification systems. They go further than the bog standard filter you buy at the supermarket by removing more of the bad stuff like chlorine, lead, bacteria and bugs such as Giardia. But, crucially they leave in the minerals we do want - e.g. calcium and magnesium. The Berkey filters are not a landfill nightmare that need to be thrown away every couple of months either like your supermarket ones.
